In Cool Mode, your system prioritizes hitting a target temperature. In Dry Mode, it prioritizes removing moisture. The compressor runs at lower intensity with the fan speed and louvers optimized for condensation rather than airflow. Cool Mode also removes some humidity as a byproduct, but Dry Mode is designed specifically for conditions where humidity is the problem, not temperature.
