Some cooling is a normal side effect. Removing humidity requires running the coil cold, so the air coming out is cooler than room temperature. The system minimizes this by keeping the fan speed low and directing airflow flat along the ceiling, but you may notice your room drops a few degrees during operation — especially in smaller rooms or milder conditions.
