How do I clean the indoor unit filters?

To clean the Quilt indoor unit filters, please follow the following steps: 

1. Position a step stool or ladder in front of the indoor unit so that you can easily and safely reach the top of the indoor unit.
2. Grasp the lip on the filter with your fingers and pull. The filters are secured magnetically and should easily come off.
3. Take the filters to the sink and shake out any loose dirt. 
4. Rinse the filters down with warm water to loosen debris. If necessary, gently scrub using a sponge or soft brush and soapy water. Any common dish detergent will work.
5. Allow the filters to air dry completely before replacing.
