Check that the filters on top of the indoor unit are flush with the top of the indoor unit. Check that the filters are clean and that there is no debris. See Support Website section “Maintenance and Cleaning” for instructions to clean the filters.
Do the sounds only occur when transitioning between modes? These sounds may be due to the expansion or contraction of the indoor unit as temperature changes. While not a functional issue, contact us if the noises are particularly loud, persistent, or concerning.
